Thanks to a collaboration between Passthrough and BlackRock’s Aladdin® eFront platform, the industry moves closer to a “buy now” model for alternatives.
Passthrough has partnered with BlackRock and Aladdin® to embed its investor onboarding experience directly into eFront’s platform.
BlackRock is now using the newly integrated tech to onboard LPs into their private markets business.
Why is this happening?
BlackRock has integrated Passthrough’s investor onboarding tech in order to automate onboarding at scale.
But more than that, this collaboration brings the industry closer to a “buy now” model for alternatives. LPs can now go from evaluating an opportunity to completing onboarding all within eFront, with reusable investor information across transactions.
