The private equity ski trip is an almost sacred annual fixture in the life of an industry practitioner. Here we share top tips from industry pros (by pros we mean those who have mastered the fine art of the après ski) on how to plough through.

While skiing is a wonderful and thrilling way to exercise, the après ski can be physically taxing in other ways.  
Hot and cold therapies 
If suffering from a particularly raucous post-ski session, then taking advantage of the sub-zero environment is an obvious place to start. If you can access a sizeable body of cold water, a quick dip can eradicate even the worst hangovers in just seconds.
