The industry is facing a tsunami of disparate forces that will fundamentally alter the way it works. Aside from macro issues heightening competitive tension, regulatory, financial and technological changes will evolve how we do things. To be successful, a firm must embrace and get ahead of this evolution. The finance and operations function must evolve from a reporting function to the strategic heart of any business if it is to remain competitive.
Against this backdrop, much is expected of the next generation.
